Earnings:

Experienced Drivers (6+ mos OTR)

  • $.49 - $.59 Starting Pay
  • Earn up to $72,000 First Year
  • $1,000 Orientation Pay
  • Travel, lodging, breakfast and lunch provided
  • Additional Training Pay (depending on division)

Students

  • $.47 - $.53 Starting Pay
  • Earn up to $65,000 First Year
  • $0.02 CPM pay increase at 6 months verifiable experience 
  • $600 Orientation Pay
  • Travel, lodging, breakfast and lunch provided
  • $800 Graduation Pay ($400 once you go solo & $400 after your first dispatch)
  • Training Pay $600/week
  • Additional Training Pay (depending on division)
