you seem to feel you are some sort of genius, and a profiler. I have a style of moderating, which uses humor, and requires only minimal IQ levels to notice. The "new sheriff in town," was humor. :roll: My list by the way is shared completely with every moderator on this message board, and we are in unison with our decision making. Banning LeBron James was an order confirmed by Twilight Flyer, Ridge Runner, and Scoe before I did anything. I am a new moderator, and admit I will have much to learn. If I am to be called lacking in any way, it is not because of a lust for power...(but that is funny in an ignorant sort of way) it is for being willing to help members like you, when yes I could have easily said you are not worth the trouble.

Also let me add why do drivers feel that they need to get paid for EVERYTHING? You don't need to get paid to fuel, shower, eat, and sleep! Your job is to drive a truck and keep the truck rolling that is what you should get paid to do! Sorry for adding more fuel to the fire but I don't understand it!

FYI: While I try not to talk about "company" ( Mod. ) business..... It was kinda funny because Rh and myself sent PM's to each other at the same time regarding LBJ and his latest posts. Seemed we BOTH felt the same way. If you are going to jump on RH jump on me too. It was just a flip of the coin which one of us pulled the trigger. Next time I'll walk the rookie thru it. :P To be honest, RH knows way more about these boards than I and he has been a great asset.

You are so very correct. The problem was that LBJ provided neither. In fact his posts disrupted that flow of information. We could take any one of his posts and copy/paste it all over the board. The result would be the same as if he were still here. Each of those "personalities" adds to the overall community. Now you've been hired to be the local law enforcement of that community. Removing someone from the community should be a last resort. It was. I just haven't seen anything as of late that has ground CAD to a screeching halt that would constitute removing the offenders. Maybe you haven't but we have. As you stated above.... we are #1 and doing twice the volume as #2. We are doing something right. Do we do everything right???? No, but we do try to do our best. By removing "personalities" from the community, you are removing part of what has made this the best place on the net not only trucking information, but for casual conversation between peers. Like I said before, in our ( the Mods. ) opinion he brought neither only disruption. That's my $0.02. I know it's probably not worth even that much, but I really feel strongly that when it comes to "strong-arm" moderation, less is more. Then you and all the moderators have a common ground, but when it becomes a problem then WE ( the mods. ) must take care of it. I must say that I'm sorry in the fact that this problen is something I should have taken care of long before RH became a mod. I'm sorry it fell on him, with him being the new guy and all. If it had been me, would your opinion still be the same?
