Not sure how the job market is in the Fresno area, but if it's anywhere near as bad as the Sacramento area, you are probably going to have a very hard time finding much of anything.
With all the housing/economic problems CA is in right now, companies aren't hiring like they may have in the past. This time last year business was doing good and i was starting to get a good amount of hours in. Right now things are very, very slow. I've been looking for another job, but there is nothing that pays what i am making now. With your age and lack of experience, you will probably have a very hard time finding anything. I'd start filling out applications with everyone and anyone, and maybe one will bite.

Cali Trucking
Since you're in the Fresno area, have you applied with companies doing agricultural hauling? With a longer view, very few OTR companies will hire someone without formal training. Check with community colleges in Cali offering driver training, it'll be cheaper and probably better than company sponsored training. BOL

Hate to chime in with the rest but here are some of the problems that I see.
You only have 2 months experience (you've only had your cdl 2 months). You did not receive formal training. To cross the state line you need to be at least 21. Most otr companies will want you to be at least 22, and formal training. As for as ideas: Find any job. Keep your eyes and ears open. Find all the agricultural, construction, lumber yards to see what they say. You will hear bad stories about just about everything, use judgement. Good Luck.
