Default 3 mos flatbed experience who hires?

I have a close friend who has 3 solid months flatbed experience, no problems during this time. The company musta hauled too much low buck frieght because they are hanging it up. He likes flatbed and when I rode with him for a day-seems very up on his game for only 3 months OTR. Can you name a few companies that hire with 3 months experience. He is spoiled with his own truck now, and would like the same from another company.

How soon will TMC put you in a truck in his situation, or any van carriers for that matter.

Thanks

If all else is OK, TMC will have you in for 1 weeks worth of orientation in DesMoines or SC. Followed by around 4 weeks out with a driver trainer.

Arrow, TMC, Maverick, Boyd Bros, will most likely hire him with 3 months though they may require him to go out for a little while with a trainer before setting him loose in his own truck.

i would think any of the major flatbed carriers would hire him, and depending on how he does during orientation he may go out with a trainer or he may go on out OTR.

if he puts in app w/ arrow and all his background info checks out ok, we could probably get him here (tulsa ok) within a week for orientation (which lasts 3-5 days, the last 2 are mostly tarping and load securement).

CRST Malone is a good one, just you'd be driving for a fleetowner or O/O...Malone will train you from scratch, so 3 mos will do...If you need tips in what to look for in a O/O and what kinda deal to work out, make a new thread. Ill have some input.
