Instead of having trouble finding employment because of the violations, the problem I had was no one would accept 17 years of European tractor trailer experience. A few national big boys would take me with the violations but not with no US experience. Thanks to those that chose to give kind words of encouragement.

I haven't had an accident or a traffic ticket 17 years of driving INTERNATIONALLY, in countless countries where it's impossible to know the road regulations due to the language barrier, where they use completely different road signs and you can't ask someone walking down the street for directions and long before laptops and GPS. Not ONE ticket or accident. You spent your career swanning around your own back yard....no wonder you got no tickets, the laws are written in your own language so there's no excuse for not knowing them. Are you really that insecure that you have to broadcast on an internet forum about your super fantastic safety record and how much better it is than a guy that has been in the USA for less than 18 months? What a supertrucker. We'll ignore the fact that I've driven in more countries than you can probably name. Tomorrow I could take a truck safely from New England to So Cal.........answer me this honestly..... Tomorrow, could you take a truck safely from London to Gibraltar?
