? about Traffic citations
Is "Failure to follow traffic control" considered to be a moving violation or not? And what about "logbook not current"?
Got the FFTC when I got hung out in the left lane going west into Albuquerque. The trooper was just WAITING for a drvr 2 screw up.

All trucks use left/right lane Being in a lane that is a right turn only lane and going straight or vice versa. Temporary warning, traffic control signs I sure there are many more that would / can fall into this category

Thing is though...
The WA trooper who gave me that said it would NOT be considered a moving vio. Wonder why? Maybe that only goes for WA?
