That may have been a blessing in disguise Richey, your link is for the 2006 version...I heard the 2007 is much cooler; hopefully you paid more because it was the newer version? I purchased a new laptop about a month ago from Best Buy. It is a Compaq and I got it on sale for $399. It's got the big 15.4" screen and does everything I need it to do. I rushed down to the local Best Buy here but the cheapest thing they had was a Gateway for $700....I guess I'll start checking the paper though. All I really need right now is wireless internet and GPS. I'll give it to one of my kids when I buy the monster I'll need for video editing also. Thanks a bunch guys, Randy
