RockyMtn these flags fly on our property. Since I'm now living in the States we fly the American flag on top and then the good old Maple Leaf. If we were in Canada we'd do it the other way around. LOL My hubby's the one who insisted we fly the Maple Leaf. I was surprised when neighbours told me how good they both look flying. Drive safe everyone.

Gotta' question for you. I live just north of San Antonio, Texas; that puts me in "The United States of Mexico"; What flag should I be flying??? BTW; Not to hijack the thread, but did you ever buy that Pitts S-1 we talked about sometime ago??

It stunk so bad that it was making other attendees and the instructor sick. If that don't give you the willies, nothing will. Talking about it is enough to get the dry heaves again. Well, did he make it through orientation, Twilight Flyer? And if he made it through, is he still with Heartland? :P

I would think most Americans would like to make that choice themselves.

When we take new students in we give them the following.
"If we even THINK you have been drinking, you do not get to drive our trucks, so going out to a bar until 11:00 at night, and then coming in to take your lesson at 7:00, you will still smell like booze and you will not get to drive the truck".

G-Man, if I remember correctly, I think he made it through orientation. This was about 4 or 5 years ago and I don't know the driver's name, so I couldn't tell you if he's still here. I just heard about it all that week. It's just hard to imagine drinking recycled body waste without turning green at the gills.

When one countries flag is hung on the same mast as another flag, it usually means that the country on the top has invaded and conquered the country below. OK, that is the bad news. Now the good news. Now that I am an American POW, I want my orange jumpsuit and an all expense paid trip to an Island in the Caribbean...... (just in case you where wondering Mapleleaf, flags of nations are suppose to be flown on different masts at the same height and the flags are suppose to be of the same size)
