Default Another Fatality by an illegal driver....

Sorry to report another person lost her life because a driver was driving over his legal hours.

By the way, this is the company I used to work for....L & H Trucking, Inc. out of Hanover, PA. This was the main reason I resigned from the company. It is common practice for this company to force it's drivers to drive illegal. It's unfortunate for the family of the deceased.

I hope they sue L & H and put them out of business.

It really is a shame. The company used to be run by very nice people. Larry and Helen Longstreth. They have since left it to their son Glenn to run it. It's the typical story of seeing a good company being run into the ground by someone that doesn't have a clue. If Larry and Helen don't take back control of the company I honestly don't see them being in business much longer. That's if the can even overcome the lawsuit that is about to hit them for this accident.

I honestly don't know how to do that. You can google her name Joyce St.Larent or L & H Trucking. She was from Fall River, MA. The accident happened in Providence, RI.

Sorry I don't know how to do the link. Kinda computer illiterate.

This seemed to be a bad week for fatalities. Sorry to hear this. So many families so much sorrow. My prayers will be with them.

Here's the link, and it doesn't say anything about being over on his log book! Don't spread rumors like that, who's side are you on anyway???
Did you read something the rest of us cant see?
They don't even know what happened yet, still you blame the driver and being over on his logs. You should not be pointing fingers, shame on YOU!!!!!!!!!

So why did he stay if they were starving him out?? I would have been gone right away. If in fact he was illegal, now he is worse off as he will face jail time.

Keep looking. There were 3 articles printed. One with the headline Driver may have been dring too long.
I don't believe it!!!
Just because you type " You knew him and he said so " We now have to believe you??? I think not.
I did the google search and came up with 2 hits about the accident and they say the same thing. The 2ND just had a 2ND picture of the drivers trailer!
Link us to the site you saw it said differently, its very easy to do, just go to the site you found the article at, then highlight the address bar with the web address then right click and copy, then paste it into the body of your message, SIMPLE!
Even if you could come up with another site saying what you said, It would be hard to believe, This media says this and another media says that, it proves that someone doesn't know what really happend!
Don't pollute these boards without some hard evidence!!!!
