anyone know anything about swift teams???
yo whats up? does anyone know anything about swift teams??? im running solo right and i am thinking about running teams. my buddy is about to get on with swift and we are both thinking about it, does anyone know how swift is with teams? like miles and pay? i was told before that swift first takes care of O/O, then teams then solo...... idk just trying to feel it out. thx!

can you tell me how it wass, like everything, i know the cab is going to get small really quick and all but i would like to try it for a while and save some money. like were u always moving? did u get the big volvo (780?) or a t2000? what are your average pay per driver?

Yeah, you're right there....they will take care of L/O and team drivers before solo co. drivers. Thats why i wont talk about my loads i'm on with any company related driver cause even if i'm dispatched on the load already....they can call their DM, lie about how long they've been sitting, and poof....they can steal the load off my back.
If you can handle sleeping in a moving truck, if you can handle losing half your space to share with another person, if you can handle dealing with another personality....then its for you. But remember, what each of you do, how each of you act toward shippers, etc....reflects on each of you.

I guess for me, it would all depend on the team-mate.
If the guy's an easy-going person that will run everything legally, then cool. If it's someone who trips out if you stop to get some iced-tea, then stay away from that person.

well hes been like my best friend for like a while, only got in one argument really since i knew him, were alot alike, i think its gonna work out for the best, i just want to know how it works, like do i pick him up in my truck or do we meet at a terminal and go from there or what... also does anyone know what the average paycheck is? since i have some experience does it help with the team cpm?
