I can see that useless and some other posters have no heart.
No compassion. For that they can kiss my ass. I didn't pick CRE. CRE approved me when others said no. The others said NO because a misdemeanor being falsely reported as a felony on my DAC.

I don't get you don't have a "FELONY" ...But there's one reported to your DAC ...Uh you do know you can dispute the information on your DAC just like you can with any CREDIT reporting agency ? And if this false report of a felony keeps you from being employed you could take legal action against the reporting agency if they don't correct your file after being notified of the problem ,and given proof that the information is FALSE . So if what you say is true the Felony is on your DAC in error you should be able to clear it up ,and have more options than CRE .

No heart... what you were expecting a shoulder to cry on for running two log books, and turning them both in when you got tired of being abused? Do you record the details of driving infractions you commit and turn those into the police, as well? :P Hope it all turns out alright for ya.

He demands I drive for 600 miles REGARDLESS of how much time it takes. Lunch is eaten in the truck. Lunch is the only meal I get. I had ONE shower in 5 days. I am tired. SO.. I am calling my TC this morning. We are both on hometime, so I can officially not drive, and not abandon a load. To all the trainers out there that screw new drivers like this, may you rot in hell! I lasted two weeks and told them to stick that job. In a polite way. I been driving for another company now for 14 months or so and love it. Good luck!

Then I went to Upgrade, passed all tests and am now a CRE employee. Right now I am on home time. I have 21 days to do as a second seat with a lease operator then I get my own truck. Some will say that this proves CRE is a bad company. But how many others had less than honest trainers? I DO like how some blame me for going with CRE and getting a bad trainer. I mean... nooooo it was never HIS fault. It was all me and CR England. Me for choosing CRE, and CRE for being the axis of evil.

If you're fishing for "sympathy" its a word that falls in the dictionary between "syphilis" and "sybarite"....

In your original posting, ( SEE: I'm Being Trained By Politicians!! ) you made no mention of having a criminal record!! You stated that you chose CRE because they would pay for your training, they were closer to your home, and that other companies were going to make you pay for your meals. In your "know it all" arrogance, you went on to throw your cyberspace temper-tantrums when other experienced drivers didn't tell you what you wanted to hear!! You stated that you had never driven a big truck before, and since you were attending a truck driving school where you were "being trained by politicians", you obviously had no prior training, nor did you have a CDL. Now, you claim that no other company will hire you because you have a falsely reported FELONY on your DAC Report. Now, here's where you've tripped yourself up, Spencerain!! If you had no CDL, then you had no DAC report. Other companies couldn't have turned you down because of a felony on your DAC report, because unless you already hold a CDL, there would be no reason for DAC to have anything to report to anyone!! I hope that you are better at driving a truck than you are at telling lies!! :P

Useless.... You beat me to it... I had given some thought to some of the very issues you pointed out... and was waiting to see how much more rope he needed before he really hung himself out to dry.....and you went and beat me to it...

In the interest of factual information. DAC, or USIS as it's now known, is just an information reporting service and yes, you can get a criminal background report on an applicant from DAC even if they have not driven for a trucking company. One has nothing to do with the other, what you CANNOT do is gather previous trucking employment information if the applicant has never driven for a company that reports to DAC.
For instance, if I were to want to run a DAC report on a potential applicant I have to click on the type of reports that I want and will be charged by DAC X amount for each report. Typically these choices are trucking employment history, MVR and what DAC calls a 20/20 criminal history search.
