I pull a flatbed,I load & unload alot of times when there is Boyd Brothers trucks are around,For the most they seem happy with them.I've been told that they try to run you close to home if you want.one driver told me he was home every weekend & some time's once or twice during the week.

I found myself pulling heavier loads with a flat than I did with a van.

Roadrunner:I can't answer your question, because I don't know how they pay (mileage or percentage),
But it seems to me that most flatbed Co,pay percentage,The one I work for does & I do fairly well with it.although I run my butt off,I'm home every weekend,& sometimes during the week.last week I was home 2 night's.

Hey RoadRunner. I saw a Boyd truck today. It was parked in a shopping center in Goldsboro, NC. Think the driver was probably taking a short break. Truck looked pretty decent. So that's all I know, they apparently pull in NC.

I wouldn't be sold on swift too fast.Explore your options. You can do better if you try.Boyd Bros. require 3 Months experience before you can drive. That's what they told me.Check out Trans-am or US Express. They're automatics and that means less work.Hey!

Do ya think they'd let him say bad stuff about em'?
Or that he would be dumb enough to say bad stuff about em?
