Default CB question

I just hooked up a CB in my four wheeler. I never use my cig lighter so I just hooked it up to that. I didn't hook up so I could run it off ACC, if it's on it's draining the battery. The problem is when I turn my wipers on you can hear it through the CB and I have to adjust squelch alot. I want to get rid of that, I also have a glove box door light that I don't really need, so can I hook it up to those wires. How do I get it on ACC, I've got red, white, and black leads coming out the back of the CB.

There is usually a "spare" fuse hole in the fusebox. You can use that. That might take care of the extra noise, but that could be from not a good ground.

You could try putting a large capacitor across your CB leads, but the arcing in the motor for the wipers could be getting in through the antenna. You might want to try putting about a .1 mfd across your wiper motor and see what that does.
