Prime too I think...I think most bigger companies do in order to recruit more drivers.

Why does this scare me? A newbie....training another newbie....that is an accident waiting to happen....IMO

Not necessarily. I trained new drivers for many years and, even though I had a few duds, most were better than a lot of so-called "senior" drivers. It's all about attitude. There are a lot of "billy bob bigriggers" out here that I would be more than happy to put some of the students I had up against most of them.

If you get a couple of idiots in a truck, I wouldn't want to be around them. But a couple of newer drivers, with the right attitude can probably do pretty good.
