$10.00 bag huh? I've never arrested anyone for $10.00 of dope let alone drawn down.. or have I ever seen any of my partners draw down on a druggie for $10.00 in dope. Less than an ounce is a petty offense no matter where you are. If you need attention and someone to love you the mental hospital is always looking for visitors around the holidays.

anyway i wasnt asking to see if u believe my story or not, my question was just if you get caught with drugs in your car is if found guilty is it an automatic cdl suspension, ps a driver at my last company got a dui a 2.4 in the truck and lost his class b but the company liked him so much they bought a class c truck just so he could stay, so for people with imperfect records dont let the regulars here discourage you there are opportunities besides the usual mega companies who i wouldnt touch, and im not perfect i smoke a little green on occasion, but no way do i mess with heroin, how would i be on the road for a week without it, but it is huge round here
:lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2: Gawd what a comedy!!:clap::clap: First...If your friend had been at the wheel of even a "Class B" truck with a BAC of 2.4..he was a "Ghost". He was dead at the wheel. Second...If a friend did have an understanding boss....the boss'es insurance company wouldn't give a chit. As soon as the insurance company found out about the drunk driving and the purchase of an old U-haul just so the "drunk" could have a driving job...the "Boss" would have zero insurance...and would never be able to get insurance! But you wrote a great comedy...no doubt about it.:clap::clap:

whatever just cuz i can,and your lame company makes you pee for them, and if they do throw it at me, i can take it, ill still have a job and i got a fat bank account, if i did lose my cdl, id buy a cube van and make a good amount, lots of freight here, i see a lot of trucks at docks or on flatbeds using an 18 wheeler to haul what can be put in a sprinter

Go buy a high priced lawyer then instead of asking legal advice on a trucking forum.
