Default DWI/DUI Prevention

How often do you see impaired (alcohol, drug, and/or sleepy) drivers?
(Please exclude the stupidity that accompanies phone usage, uncontrolled kids, putting on makeup, having sex, etc.). What action(s) do you take? (Call it in, get off the highway, change lanes, speed up, slow down, etc.). Where are the worst areas for impaired drivers (quality and quantity)?
