Default Good teaming company for new OTR driver's

As I'm sure there are many opinions on this subject. I'd like a to know a few companies that would be a good start for two guys who have been local driver's for years.
We are currently working in a very lame Lowe's warehouse in WA. While he has no wife, or kids. I have a wife, and my son is grown and moved out. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
