If you could change one thing about your current company...

1: Atleast 4 new straps every month. That way I dont have to worry about the DOT picking on me for some of my straps that are a little frayed.
2: The option to choose what loads I wanted to take....But I guess if that was the case, there would be alot of steel laying around the warehouse for a while.... 8) 3: Just a couple more $ but I cant complain too much about that

The other thing I would like to see is the deductible smaller on the health insurance. http://www.action-transport.com/ Ashley also pays that way. But we gotta (gasp) handle frieght, and lots of it, too. Last year I drove 144,000 miles and made 57,000.

  A new starter rope for my Briggs and Stratton engine thats under the hood......   Either that or one of the new Cummins 600 HP ISX engines....now that would be "KEWL"!!!
Yep, it would be nice if Superior included "Vision" in our health plan. That way my %$#@ glasses wouldn't cost so much. But on the other hand, when I filled a few prescriptions about 2 weeks ago.... I found out just how really good the prescription coverage is...it made me really And our health insurance deductible is only $250 per person... 8) 8) 8)

Increase my pay to support the lifestyle to which I wish to become accustomed. Freight, to where and when I want to go. Once I get there, plenty of time off to sightsee. Converter.
