which job better explained
ill explain the moving furniture job a little better might of left something out it is a straight truck they do stay in hotels they have about four trucks daycab moving vans their subcontracted out to reid and clark movers.although reid and clark has tractors the guy im thinking of driving for doesnt have tractors.im willing to take some advice but i dont want to be slammed for the accidents ive had.ill try to explain each one if anyone has good advice and not like telling me to get out of trucking ill listen.im not quitting driving.some of you asked about the accidents so here goes.they come off the dmv report in three years.i had one accident in april 2006 i worked for a construction co,i was some what new to hauling oversize.at the company their drivers are also eqiupment operators except me so my boss needed me to go pick up a crane the crew was tearing down .my boss asked if id be okay doing it i said id be comfortable driving it but not tearing it down and making sure it was loaded right he said drivers/op would tear it down put it on the trailer make sure it was legal.they did that i did help them chain and bind the load and put the flags and such well they said it was done and sent me on my way they forgot to pull apiece out which left it four inches to high you can guess the rest.i didnt recieve any tickets and the truck wasnt damaged i wasnt even terminated.the guy that tore it done told the office he was responsible for making sure it was torn down due to ive never done and he gave me a statement saying he forgot.but i was still the driver.my second one was in june 2006.my personel vehicle no one with going to work had a rearend problem ended up sliding into the ditch only thing damage was pickup only had liability so i didnt even claim ate the damage.off duty officer went by called it in so it ended up on my dmv report i live in the sticks so i was just gonna tow it home but it didnt work out that way.the last accident happened june 2007.i was bobtailing home on 95 their was a sudden down pour the visibility was very limited so i slowed down another car passed me cut in front of meto soon she almost hit two other drivers so instad of pulling into the break down lane she just stopped in front of my truck.i was a safe distance she took my space i slowed down even more. i looked for a wayout the cars she almost hit went to the breakdown lane so i couldnt go their,i couldnt get in the fast lane due to traffic not slowing down.i was going slow enough that i was at the point where i thought i was actually going to miss her but my bumper just touched her spare tire and popped out her back window.she told the officer i wasnt speeding and i tried to void her she also told him she panicked and shouldnt have stopped in front of my truck like that and that it wasnt all my fault. she even wrote a letter of endorsement for me saying what happened and how my fast response saved it from beig alot worse for her and the vehicles around her and i.so their it is some companies say when its a year old which will be next month but ive also been off the road for nine months which probably wont help me either.i just love driving and want to get back on the road but 80 companies later and still no job.two accidents will be off my dmv report in april, june 2009 .i even took a driver risk and awareness assesment course .all three accidents were non dot reportable non chargeable accidents and i have no moving non moving voilations just these darn accidents dont slam me to hard its bad enough im losing everything i worked for over the last thirty years becouse i cant find some one to give me another shot..im hoping for some good solid advice other then forget about trucking becouse im not forgetting about trucking even though i was involved in the accidents it was also other peoples actions that led upt to them.sorry this is long.jimbo63

I'm a bit confused about your second accident. You slid off the road, single vehicle, no damage, no insurance claim, no ticket issued. You need to tell what state puts such a thing on your MVR, so I can stay as far away from it as possible. I question whether you've actually pulled a copy of your MVR, as I'd be shocked to find that incident on it.
