Don't expect to be accepted by any company other than bottom feeders and don't talk initially to recruiters, talk to the safety people first to see it you stand a chance. BOL

This also could be that 65 mph is the top speed... and these morons would be doing 65 in 25mph - 45 mph zones. Tickets over 16 mph are no longer considered "speeding" they are considered reckless driving..

In the perspective of Colorado, it's a bit different as far as reckless driving goes. Though I do agree anything 16+ should be.. My friend was recently popped doing 79 in a 55. I had a post asking about this down the list a little ways, but as far as this post goes, figured I would give insight to what I know and some personal opinion.
His 79 in a 55 is a 6 pointer. It's a mail in ticket, officially a "Traffic Infraction" instead of the mandatory appearance of "Traffic Offense". Reckless driving here is considered an 8 pointer. 25-39 mph over gets you 6 points, speeding 40 mph and over is a 12 pointer. He's a CDL holder, and in December got himself a 63 in a 35 in the company truck. This one this week was his personal vehicle. He drives local. No clue how he has a job, or why they gave him a raise two weeks ago.. lol As is, with two 15mph+ over tickets in a year, I would concur that you have no business driving professionally. About the only hope you have is to wait three years for insurance purposes, don't get another ticket, and learn to drive responsibly. If Swift actually takes you.. wow. At that point, I say kiss ass and hold on to that job as long as possible, I don't think it will get any better within three years. BOL though..
