Yes, I've been there once and it was a pretty painful experience.
Had a busted AC hose and my boss set up an appointment there to get it fixed since I am through Dayton nearly every day and it's not too far off I-75. Got there about 1330 (appt was at 1400) and sat there till 1830 getting one excuse after another. Next they pulled a guy's truck in who got there about an hour after me and my truck was still sitting in the lot. Bought the hose from the parts department, got my keys back from the extremely obnoxious and rude service manager and put the hose on myself the next day. Took maybe 10-15 minutes for everything involved including recharging the system. The only good thing about this was that I get paid by the hour. Couldn't imagine if I were on cpm... Kenworth of Cincy is a much better outfit all the way around, IMO. This was my only experience with them, but I'm a big believer in first impressions. It'll be an absolute desperate situation before I ever stop by there again. Just my 2 cents...
