the time to have spoken to the judge was when your infractions occurred not years later. The judge has no ability at this time to dismiss the points. You apparently were found guilty of the charges and the judge ruled on them. The appeal time is over.
The reason the tickets and points stay on your record is probably a good indication of the time determined needed to report your risk. Most likely your best bet is to talk to companies and tell them of your intent, but it will difficult because of their cost to insure you and the risk you present. that's cool well i have a job with the new alabama steel mill i would go and work and make about 12 dollars hourly i should make about the same and just stop stressing myself over some shit that might not be worth it lol but thanks yall

Maybe he's a troll maybe not. What if he's for real? Its one thing to bust a guys balls for poor choices like speeding or drunk driving but for being less educated or possibly less intelligent? Real nice.

I had a "jodge" back in high school. I think Chrysler owns Jodge now.

I am not trying to be an ass, I just hate to see you waste any money on CDL School. Maybe that steel mill is a good bet.
