As said above do NOT let them push you around. One thing at most companies dispatchers do not have the power to fire a driver. But you can fire your dispatcher. Seems like when someone is new they will push you to see what you will do. They don't care illegal or not, they see you will run illegal it won't stop. They will keep pushing you till you say no more.

YOUR LOGBOOK IS YOUR BOSS! No dispatcher can argue that point. And safety will agree.

I always just turn the volume off on the qualcomm so I dont hear it.
