doesn't say stopped, but sure doesn't sound like she was blameless, I've driven around enough 85 yr olds to know they do strange things at any given time.

The defense also said Dunn inexplicably lurched into the intersection and struck the rear wheels of the truck

Not from what I observed they did not... I ordered a copy of the court transcripts. When I get them, I will somehow post it as the transcripts will be sent as a pdf file.
