It may not be reported for several months. It may never get on your CDL, but I would not count on it, especially with the new laws. It depends on the state in which the conviction occurred as to when it is sent.

where I live in washington any traffic offenses go on my CDL and anything over 15mph over the speed limit is considered wreckless endangerment and is a felony and yer vehicle will get towed and you get to wear shiny bracelets and get a free ride to jail to see yer friends. Don,t know about other states, some are 10mph over and some are 25mph over so need to find a website that has all this info.....now if your going 80 in the 65 zone then its off to jail and I think its an automatic suspension for 3 or 6 months as well so be careful in Washington State, you been warned.
