You guys are just wrong.
   In all seriousness, though, the OP is going to have a nearly impossible time of getting into the trucking industry at this time. I'd go find something else for a few years before trying again. Keep your record clean, too.

Hey Millersod,
Just wanted to let you know I finally left CCC and made a huge jump to UPS Frieght.... City Driver for now but have my sights on linehaul within the next year or so... Regardless it looks as if I am working for my last employer.... Best part of all is my take home pay with UPS Frieght is twice as much as triple C including the fantastic benefit package we have. Hope all is well for you just down the road in Brooksville. Take Care It Is What It It.. Timberwolf

Double R,
You posted the wrong menu from McD's. It should be the graveyard shift menu. Having him study those breakfast sandwiches would be pointless as we all know he stands no chance of getting that coveted early dayshift position. You should be ashamed of yourself and banned from the board for misleading this poor fellow who is just trying to provide for his family... Besides, I don't think the drive thru would be the best place for the OP. Seeing all of those cars would probably be too tempting and set him up for failure. [/img]

Waffle House, I almost shot coffee out of my nose when I saw that. That is the funniest thing I have seen in 2 weeks.
Anyway, I am personally very happy that you will not be driving a truck any time in the forseeable future. I feel much safer this way.

thanks for all the positive encouragment im so glad i asked for help here. i pray none of you ever make a mistake of any kind ever in your career, for if you do the taste of humble pie might just kill you. maybe i did get in over my head, but i dont give up so easy. i've learned alot from that one week and i've learned alot in the 3 days since i've posted asking for help. mainly to pay even closer attention to what i do behind a wheel and the other is that there are alot of pompas self serving insecure drivers who remind me of a bunch of unforgiving bible-thumpers. some people have provided some good knowledge and i thank them whole heartedly. the rest of you should report back to your childish bickering on your cb's that flood the airways

This guy can't be real. Just another joker. Look at his original post. Why the hell would you capitalize the first letter of every word on the post?
