They were hiring down here by me for their Culpeper yard. If I remember the ads right they were showing decent pay, wasn't low but wasn't the best, right about the middle of the road, like $.35 a mile.

You might spend some time down here getting loads. They share a yard here with a Cabinet maker as they do some hauling for them and also have a small loading area for their tankers. Place is right off of Rt. 29 at Rt. 3.

Well they called be back today. If i go to work for them i will be running out of there sweedsboro NJ yard. Runnin a dry bulk trailer. I will start out local and then if i want to run the road i can. I will be runnin a 250mi. radius of the yard. If the load is less the 250mi it pays by the ton. if its more then 250mi it pays .41 cpm loaded and .38 empty. If i get my hazmat i can haul hot asphat and propane. The lady on the phone told me they both pay better then the dry bulk. She said she will pass my app. through to the safty dept. and they will call me in around 2 days.

you will figure it out that driving in NY and be paid by the mile will only make somebody rich.

good luck any way

Btw are they paying your pension, or will you have to live of your enormous salary until your 99 years of age.

Mackman, ignore this assh*le. He's just a flamer trying to start something. Everyone of his 22 posts have been just like this. Good luck on your app with Venezia!

Hey Mackman, do post your experience and progress with Venezia. I had put up a query about them on this board a while ago, but barely got any responses. I'll be quite keen to know how you fare with them, and your opinions about them. Thanks.
