Small Vs Big - Personal experiences
Wanted to get a gauge of people happy where they are (or not) and what kind of company they work for. Weighing options based on current circumstances. Please give your honest opinion. Thanks!

I work for Crete Carrier and have been there for 11 years now in some ways I'm still a newbie there as Crete has many 20 and 30 year drivers and some 40! That by itself says a lot considering lot of companies don't keep drivers more that a few years, my shortest time record was 3 weeks at Roehl.
Trucking companies are kinda like shoes, what fits me won't necessarily fit you. Just do yourself a favor and look on here for the bottom feeders and avoid them.

I do my best these days to work for companies where driving is what they need to have done for themselves... I pull an MRI trailer now. I am a driver/imaging Assistant. I am so disgruntled with the industry as a whole. I am not willing to do the whole trucking thing anymore. As for large VS small. I see benefits in larger companies and the smaller ones. The mom & pops companies have cancelled themselves for me. Medium companies are preferred.
