Need help:

When I drove for an O/O they wanted me to send in all paper-work weekly. When I was at home I went to the post office and got express mail envelopes ( 2nd day service ) and postage for that service and kept them on the truck. Not all truck-stops had a US postal box but I NEVER had any trouble with the TS putting it with their out-going mail.

Some do have one and some don't. Yes they can always put it in their outgoing mail, but are you going to trust some fuel clerk to make sure your mail gets out? I wouldn't. In my experience, every flying j has a blue drop box, and they also sell postage stamps, at cost. Pilot and TA don't sell them. Petro does, but they charge a proft for stamps, so if you need to stock up on postage on the road, just go to the flying j. Hope this helps,
Ryan

There were 2 bills I could not set up for auto pay, however I had their addresses and thought instead of trying to find a local post office while I was out OTR I could drop outgoing mail at the truck stops. Thank you for your information.

Well, there should be mail boxes outside of the truck stops. Should be a normal blue mail box, with the Bald Eagle on it. One for the Brown Clowns, Fed Ex, and the yellow is Trip Pak. :P
Perhaps, if you have trouble finding the mail box, tell an employee of the truck stop to place your mail in their outgoing mail.  :| :P

Youre welcome, teneglia. I do like to act silly, but joking aside, you should find the mailbox outside the front entrance of just about any truck stop. Just like the blue mailboxes in the drive-thru at the local post office.
