They sure are not the best but you will make out ok if you can cut it.
They get susidized for trainees by the gov so they train alot.
Good luck and god bless.
I believe you have posted this on one of my other threads. Either way, the ONLY falcon transport I can find is NOT flatbed, its intermodal out of somewhere in Florida, NOT hiring here, and requires 2 years experience. No Falcon is in the company listings for flatbedding here, or easily findable elsewhere. If you have another website we'll take a look, although with less than 24 hours until he leaves for TransAm, and its the weekend, it would take a lot to change our minds at this point.

And, why did he get turned down? Criminal/credit/employment verfification problems? High blood pressure?

Falcon takes students.
They are located in Youngstown Ohio but have many terminals.
They hire pretty much any where east, middle and south.
Call 1-800-533-5505 and sk to talk to some one in charge!
That is the West Middlesex terminal where they hire out of and train from.

Employment verification, more acurrately lack thereof, although thats a guess. TMC was never kind enough to reveal anything beyond "the hiring committee picked someone else" and "we go through over 50 apps a day they don't give us reasons" and no willingness to tell us what might make it better.
That said, he has 3 years of being a stay at home dad that we have limited references for as we had virtually no business contacts in that time. Our landlord at the time has completed one, and we could get several more personal ones, TMC doesn't seem interested no matter how many times we call them etc, so we moved on.
His blood pressure is fine, absolutely no criminal history, totally clean MVR and DAC, graduated school with a 96.7 GPA and made 100 on his road test, gotta be the work history.
