We use laminated too fr all the reasons stated above...going to get the large print this year....getting old I guess :?

I use the laminated version. It makes a good writing surface.

For actual routing, I use my GPS. :wink:

I bought 2 of the laminated during the yearly change over for $10 each. If you can catch them when they first come out with the new year you can usually save some money on them. It sure beats paying $30/each. They aren't going to change that much from one year to another. I usually keep mine 2-3 years.

If you really need that info, even an atlas isn't going to completely help you. There are lots of restricted roads and low bridges that don't appear in the atlas.

Software is only as good as the person who is using it. There are ways to make software, such as Delorme and MS S&T, work for you.
