Will any OTR companys consider school as any experience?

Default Will any OTR companys consider school as any experience?

I am in a 12 week program and we are driving every day now for 6 hours+

sorry hunter ... I've never heard of a company taking in consideration the time you drive in school ... but several companys won't hire you without driving the min hours while in school.. so keep up the good work, drive all you can and I'm sure you'll make a company a good employee. :wink:

Yup what he said, also some outfits want to know how many hours you spent in school, driving and not. Good luck

Default I have

A friend of mine needed a year or maybe two years otr for a new job. She was a month maybe two short i believe. Once they found out what school she went too their insurance company approved her by acrediting her time for that school (Arkansas state u. good school). By the time we were done there every student had at least 50 hours behind the wheel backing plus road trips. So yours may help a little

Our class has only 3 students (summer class is usually slow) 12-16weeks long w/ 3 instructors so you can just imagine the seat time we are getting
