I am just really unhappy with the Pete. And I have come to find out that big roomy bunks are not my style. They get blown all around in the wind and have too many rattles and noises for me. I like the tight confines of a flat-top truck.

As for the Pete, the only things I did to it was 2 basically free modifications for power, and I didn't change anything else as I wound up not likeing the truck very quickly. Especially once I realized I was spending $400 a week to get worse MPG. I know it was more roomy, but I'd rather spend $50 a night at a hotel for the 3 nights I'm gone. Plus with the WS I can run more loads with my company pulling liquid tanks as they have a run I can do to Indy and back on friday's for an extra $800 @ 6hrs work

I like how trucks with flat roofs look. Smaller sleepers = (1) less weight (2) better air exchange (easy to heat in winter, cool down in summer) (3) maneuverability, with shorter wheelbase, and last but not least (4) easier to clean

tracer in regards to #4.. didnt think you were lazy! jk

as of recently the more i look at the WS i love them more and more. i actually like the looks of the "fat" sleeper. who knows maybe one day i'll build a ws glider.

good luck with the new truck! and i'm curious to how the pre acert motor is. the truck i'm buying has the same motor.
