Default Anyone use or know about Lucas Oil Stablizer?

I have a older engine 350 Cummings, and was wondering if anyone uses the Lucas Oil Stabilizer, and if so are you pleased with the results. I don't want to put anything in this older engine that would harm it, but it has started to use some oil, and have read that this could help slow down the oil usage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Never used Lucas Oil Stabilizer but I've used Lucas products for other things and they put out a great product.

I used the product each time I changed oil (15,000 miles) I used 1 gallon of oil between changes around 12,000 miles . I havea Det. engine with 745,000 miles and counting.

By the small response to this, I could take it that not many people use this product?

I don't know of anything in Lucas which would harm an engine. I have spoken to a few people who swear by their products. They are a bit expensive. If you are using oil you may want to check with your local auto parts stores. I know that they have things which help gas engines. Some may have products which will help a diesel.

I used to use their Gear Lube and it was excellent like all Lucas Products are.

I was thinking of the Lucas Oil Stabilizer to help my older engine, as it is using oil.

For the injectors, I have spoken with a couple of drivers 30 plus years experience each, and when I asked them about the injectors, they both replied to put one gallon of gas in each tank when I fill up, once a month.

Anyone know about this, or done it?
