about ins. do i have to have a seperate policy for each truck or will just 1 cargo and liabity policy work

You add each truck to your cargo and liability policy, my company requires 2 months premium upfront, then you pay for 10 months, 2 months w/o premium, then you renew again by paying 2 month premium to renew. You as the carrier are responsible for the cargo and liability. Where will the money come from? Where should it come from?

My point is you want the truck to pay for it. Try to sell the O/O to cover some type of sign-on cost (it may work it may not). The truck is/ will be generating the revenue, so be sure the truck can cover all cost.
