Blue Parrot is the best "over the head" type. Hands down. Got one, it is my spare headset.

Plantronics Voyager Pro is awesome. Uses a micro usb connector for charging - you can pick up a spare/replacement charger for it anywhere. Fits over & in the ear. Is so comfortable (for me) that I forget I am wearing it. Performance is great. Noise reduction is so good callers ask "are you still there?" thinking the call was dropped.

Try Bluetruth.com for lots of customer reviews of headsets.

Default Oakley Vault Bluetooth Module

I use a bluetooth headset from Oakley Vault that attached to my sunglasses earpiece(downside is has to be a pair of Oakley Vault Squarewire frame sunglasses). The headset works way better than a Jawbone I owned and is more comfortable as it does not have to make contact with the ear. The headset is $45 at Oakley Vault and uses the same power connector as my Motorola Razor phone.
