That works, unless you get in a accident, your fault or not, the lawyers will tear you apart. If it involves a fatality possible jail time, spend a few dollars and put the liability on someone else.

Just remember this is a legal government document, I wouldn't play with this as a good lawyer will eat your lunch.
This is a business and remember your liability on something you may have faked, not worth it in my opinion.
