Cab heat ????????
What do others here use to heat there cab when not idling there rig???
I am thinking on getting the Wabasto Setup One for cab heat and an engine preheater For the cold weather startps. What do you have and how do you like it????? Jaime

That is the best way to get a sleeper heater and engine heater. I will be doing the same real soon.
Its cheaper than running a APU. I use a catalytic propane heater for my sleeper(super efficient 1oz per hour). It struggles when temps are down to zero. The diesel fired unit will cook you out of the cab,..you will love it.

I have an Espar and love it. My Dad specced it out on my truck before he bought it. His new T6 has the webasto and he says its a lot more noisier than the Espar. he's still happy with it, but not 100%

Mine makes volkswagon noises when it starts up from being unused for a month lol. It goes away though. You should turn them on every few weeks, regardless of the season.

Webasto or Espar
I wanted to go with Espar, but one mechanic told me Webasto had a better warranty and of course it's cheaper ... So I'm going with a small Webasto heater. You're supposed to turn them on at least once a month no matter how hot it is outside
