Hi everyone! I am an employee of a mid-sized carrier with both asset and non asset divisions. I am not trying to advertise or misuse the forum, therefore I will keep the company name anonymous.

I am working on a project to improve the quality and satisfaction of the business relationships with owner operators by gathering information on driver's preferences for when, where, how far and how often, but also which elements leave both parties feeling satisfied at the end of the day.

Our end goal is to build retention and loyalty by keeping drivers satisfied and being able to provide them with lanes that they actually want to haul.

Your survey is confusing as your are asking questions about hauling freight for a broker and then you change lanes and ask questions about working as an o/o leased to a carrier.

Should be two seperate surveys.

 

If it's an O/O survey then it should be in the forum for O/O's don't you agree?

Thanks for the input. I can see where you're coming from, and looking at the survey I would agree that it probably should be broken into two seperate ones. The idea of the survey, is to figure out in general what exactly is important to O/Os and where they like to haul with out being too specific.

 

Thanks Mr. Ford! I originally wanted to put the survey in this forum, however I did not want to intrude so I put it in a forum that I thought was more general.
