If you want to lose weight do the following.
Avoid: bread (unless it whole grain), anything with white flour, instant rice, white potatoes, sugar, noodles. Basically, if it's white it ain't right. It's not as hard as you think. I lost 50 lbs from November to March. Good luck.

I was trying to get a picture of you in action,but I couldn't get my camera on my phone to come up fast enough......lol

You probably would have just got a bunch of crap for having your straps on the outside of your tarp again anyhow :lol: .

No, no no, just to hold the tarp down. Like before, there are straps underneath. I hate it when the tarp fills up with air.

That wouldn't happen if you tarped it the right way, like a real truck driver does. :lol:

My flatbed has 4 open rails to the ground that are about 1" wide. They are for these hooks that can be slid into place. Those slots are letting all the air underneath fill up the tarps. That's my theory. They are right next to the wood nailers so when I replace the wood I will make them 1" wider and fill up the gap.
