It is true. I did TP the truck. I also picked up my dog's crap and put it on a paper plate and put it on his inside step. I was sooo hoping he'd get out and step in it!
...I also taped a "present" to his window..... but I'll let him talk aout that. As far as running hard, I totally need to pick up the pace. I started in Rock Springs, WY yesterday morning, sabotaged Steve yesterday evening in Grand Island, NE, and its 11:30am and I'm sitting in my boxers watching the people's court at home in Chicago. I even unloaded this morning  Things I learned about Steve: his log book looks like a kindergartener does it for him you can tell by his accent he's a New Englander the inside of his truck is probably the cleanest of anyone's I know I run more miles between breakfast and lunch than he does all day :P And I'm not ugly. I already told you all...I'm beautiful, damnit!

Yup, be left me a DVD taped to my window. I watched it 5 times already and not sure if it's legal in ANY state, maybe Amsterdam?
Bandit uses a freaking ruler to mark his log book. He even uses the ruler to draw a perfect 45 degree angled line down when doing a change of status. His handwriting is so good it looks like a girl wrote it. If your an electrical engineer you would think your looking at a digital square wave on an oscilloscope instead of a log book. BE A REAL MAN! I looked over at his truck and at first glance I thought his whole interior was done in white shag until I realized it was all dog hair. I don't have an accent. The rest of you do!! Talk right dammit.

Delivered my load here in Salt Lake City and looks like I already have a load going to Florida with a big ass emergency generator down to Ft Myer. Maybe I'll run into Mini Me down there?
Florida is the last state I needed to deliver too then I will have done every one. I also may have hooked up with a shipper come the spring running loads from Maine to Salt Lake then 3 or 4 different places from there. If I could only get home it would be a nice gig to start the loop again.

I just got off the phone with the guy. He's a trucking company himself and will have a load going out of Florida for the same rate I'm getting going in.
He's having a big problem finding a crane to rent here in Salt Lake to load the generators up so I'm not holding my breath. He already has the 2 other trucks needed to haul the other 2 generators but fears he will loose them also if he doesn't get a crane today or first thing Monday morning. I meant to tell you Tootie. I was a rest area a while back and these people had 2 mini pins walking around and they came over to me. I started rough housing with them and they were going nuts. I was running all over the freaking place. One of them latched on to my azz and wouldn't let go. I'm still running around a picnic table and the other ones trying to get on board too. Had them both on the ground and they are chomped onto my arms but as gentle as lambs not to hurt me. Their names were Noah and Zark. |
