TERMS OF SERVICE Use at your own risk! While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence they will not be held responsible. Be Polite This is a community. Please do not post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented material or any content that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). We Store Information To participate in these forums you must register. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised. BOARD POLICIES The following outlines Classadrivers.com’s policies with respect to this forum. These policies are meant to ensure we maintain a respectful and relevant community. Follow them and you’ll have a clear road. Ignore them and you could find yourself banned from the boards. Generally the responsibility of the moderators and administrators is to make sure people follow the below policies. However, given the volume of posts that we have, they may not see the infraction. If you notice somebody not respecting these policies, please reach out to a moderator and have them take action rather than attempting to scold the offender yourself. A moderator’s or administrator’s decision is final. These policies cover not only threads, but also signatures, private messages and avatars. 1. Be Respectful * Be adults and keep the threads clean and polite * No posting of content that could be considered offensive (pornography, etc) * No name calling * Respect copyrights * No posting of information that may be deemed threatening to another individual 2. Be Relevant * No spam * No hijacking of threads. Keep to the thread’s general subject as much as possible. * No posting just to increase your post counts. 3. Be Clear * Title your threads with clear descriptions of the content or question that you have * Use normal language – no excessive emoticons, punctuation, SHOUTING, etc Our overall goals are to create a respectful and informative community that you can participate in. We want to encourage open and thoughtful dialogue and respect the fact that communities thrive when there are differences in opinion and discussions around those differences. However, please understand that we will take action when we see conduct that is not in line with the general guidelines above. This action may be in the form of eliminating the content or thread in which it appears; it could be a warning to the individual; and it could be an outright ban of that individual from the community. ClassADrivers.com. has a small team of forum moderators who act in the best interests of the board. Their job is to generally allow discussions to take place and ideas to be exchanged. They will step in and moderate in the event that a discussion gets out of hand. But do not lose track of the fact that they are the moderators and you are not. Let them do their job - they are tasked to keep the board running as smoothly as possible. Finally, we want to explicitly call out that the concept of Freedom Of Speech does not apply on this forum. Because this forum is owned and operated by ClassADrivers and because we ask you to sign up and agree to these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to moderate any and all threads, private messages, emoticons, etc that we believe are not in the spirit of this community and in accordance with the guidelines spelled out above. http://www.classadrivers.com/forum/n...ard-rules.html |
