This place (TTT Tucson) is such a craphole,...I moved my truck to the paved section yesterday,...and then started putting my sound material under the hood,..all I could smell was urine. A couple of hours later I watched a JB Hunt driver hang his gallon jug out of the window (he was one row ahead of me) and empty the thing on the ground, on his steps.
So I moved back to the dirt area,....waaaaaay in the back behind a couple of wide loads,..and it turned out to be a good idea,...at least it doesn't smell. I was ready to head to that other place mentiond by TDS!!!

There are a bunch of bums and lizzards here,..but they all avoid my truck,...I can watch them go to every truck around me,..but they don't come near mine,...guess they don't need mudflaps :lol:
I'm outta here tomorrow afternoon no matter what,.....I've had it with Tucson.
If I hadn't been working on the truck,..I would have left yesterday.

 

Maybe they've mistaken you for a pimpdaddy trucker with his traveling w***ehouse.

I really can't remember the last time I was in a truckstop parking lot that didn't reek of piss. Especially in the warmer weather. When in Phoenix, I always stay at Dannys across from the J. You have to pay to park there, but its a damn nice and clean place. Anywhere is better than that TTT. All the freight out of AZ sucks right now. NM and CA too. Nogales produce wants to pay $1.50 per mile right now, so they can keep it.

Freight gods or not,...I'm outta here. The truck stops in Casa Grande didn't smell like urine,..this place is just the pits. Today I had to use my stun gun to convince a couple of bums that I wasn't in need of their services. I saw the one guy and his body language said trouble,..all was well, and then there were two, and they just kept on getting closer and closer,...so I got my stun gun and put it on my belt,...sure enough as soon as it got dark,..there they are one from the front of the truck and one from around the trailer. I was cleaning up and putting my tools away.
I pulled the stun gun and let it crack its 600,000volt hello and asked them to choose who wanted to be unconscious. They declined and went away. I moved my truck up by the fuel area and 30 minutes later the police hauled 3 of them away,.....I don't know what they were up to,.but bum's aren't usually that aggressive.
I love Arizona,...but not this area of it,.....I can't wait to head East.

I'm outta here,
I put together 4 partials from Yuma AZ to Albany NY,.....2800 miles $5,840 total for all, and all within 15 miles of my main interstate route.
My truck is quiet,.....quiet,..shhhh,..don't wake up my truck,....now that the sound foam is up,..its like driving inside a pillow,...shhhhh :wink:

I won't be headed back West for a while, I don't think I could take another day down here on the 10.
