Foley is a rip off. To the op, call around to local clinics. I was in a consortium, Conentra out of Detroit, and just had to pay for the UA. No fees what so ever. I just paid the $35 for the test if anyone's number came up and they sent me the monthly paperwork for my records, again, no fees.
