BS on the numbers. Gross 5900, run back and forth to LA, net 3000? The miles is (bad estimate) 1700, so x2 is 3400. If your fixed cost is $1.25 (assuming)....
Oh wait the truck is paid for, but is the next one? More power to you. I thought I was the top o/o on here (leased)  My dumb question of the day is- Why is this thread in the o/o forum?

Wow. On page 2 it must be my imagination on pg2 he says he's netting 6-8, and "netting" 2500-4000/wk.

I have a business degree and ran a 900,000 sq ft Distribution Dept with 100 employees for 21 years so I think I can manage 1 truck and make it profitable. Bottom line is I am putting more money in the bank everyweek than I ever have before.

I have a business degree and ran a 900,000 sq ft Distribution Dept with 100 employees for 21 years so I think I can manage 1 truck and make it profitable. Bottom line is I am putting more money in the bank everyweek than I ever have before. Well now what about them weeks you had hometime that messed up your paycheck and grossed $100...I guess 100 is more than you were accoustumed to banking in the past.

I like this board, first everyone dogs Steve for doing everything the wrong way and having good fortune doing it.
Now I tell my story so others can see they can have success too by not following the steps others think you must follow to succeed and I get called a liar and basically stupid. Oh Well I can take it and chuckle to myself all the way to the bank. I bet I am sitting on the lake in my boat everyday getting my line wet in less than 5 years. You??
