Ohio Turnpike rest stops…. if only there wasn't a cop every 10 miles.
Dysart's in Bangor, Maine. Was there in the winter a few times. Best "anything warm." Porky's, Hamer, S.C. -lots of goings on, and good food. Charley's Country Corner, Grayling, Mi.- last civilized outpost, before entering Canada. Tartuga, …. me thinks…. Yarr that be me home, sez aye. Arrrh HARR harrr… where be the wimmin? @Roadhog, thanks for your responses! Definitely going to mention some of these. If you're willing, can you give me a quote about why Dysart's is a good place to stop in Winter? I will credit you if you'd like. Thanks.

Cause any place is a "good place to stop" in a Winter in ME. It's just hard to find a good place to go in that season.
