freightliner kalamazoo.
make a long story short i was stuck in kalamazoo over the weekend. had to wait untill monday. went to kalamazoo freightliner. i can not believe how driver friendly they are! they have an incredible drivers lounge, wifi, sleeping rooms, showers and laundry.. all free! even the soap for laundry.. free! want to get something to eat they'll give you the keys to the curtesy van. the best part the prices.. engine or truck work $93 an hour from a dealer! i dont know about others but i think its great. the only gripe i have is that they're slow. however, not only did they fix my truck they found other MAJOR problems with it. i highly highly recomend it

Sounds like a great place. I had some axle seals replaced and have now had to have them ALL replace again and 1 has now been replace 3 times!! I asked if they've checked the axle housing vent, I got a dumb look.

This is why I use my shop for the last 10 years, C.I.T Kenworth constantly did poor work and took to long so I fired them.
