Actually you wouldn't have to live up here to do that-Check em out and see what they've got to say to you-Forgot the guys name though but they'll get your through to the right person.
The guy down in FL looked up my MVR and something called a "NATIONAL DRIVER'S LIST". MVR is squeeky clean. And, my name does not appear on the "LIST". The way he explained it...

If you've ever had a DUI or had your driver's license suspended for any reason, YOU'RE ON THE LIST. You don't want to be there. So, with my driving record, I could go ANYWHERE and get hired on the spot.

As of Monday, pending a drug screening.... I'M HIRED!!!
Ummm-What does that have to do what I said? :P

Sorry, Yoopr. I can keep Packerland in mind, but I rather stay away from reefers. My experience with food warehouses says I need a .44 MAG strapped on a hip. Maybe then, they'll listen when I tell them the bills do not say anything about "DRIVER UNLOAD, DRIVER ASSIST, or DRIVER TAIL-GATE LOAD". I've lumped my own loads. Get done by 9 AM, and find out that there are 3 pallets that are REJECTS. Why??? They aren't on THIS PURCHASE ORDER. So I got to sit in the dock until 4PM while they, dispatch, the broker, and the shipper all burned up phone lines. I can live my life very happily without that CRAP.

Believe me. It's being WELL taken care of. I don't figure it's making ME a dime until it's not supporting a finance company anymore. And, after it's done supporting them, I figure it owes me an equal amount of money. It's gotta keep going until it pays me every dime it cost me to get it. Maybe I'll put on as many miles as Bush Bunny and Mad Dog.

Naw... I want to retire someday and enjoy fishing. Cant wait 20 years for that... Fish get all tough, stringy, and grey-whiskered when they get that old, don't they??? Gotta enjoy them when they're still ENJOYABLE.....

Yoopr, do they take flatbed loads? If not... Probably not.

A horse walks into a bar. The bartender looks up and says, "Why the long face?"
