I wonder if ironeagle2006=1jcc :? Their posting styles are nearly identical, as well as all the gross misspellings......

Fozzy must people drive while distracted and take their eyes off the road for more than a second yet they do not kill or injure thousands you realize who dumb that statement makes YOU LOOK. As for me leaving this forum FORGET IT I enjoy it to much and this is a free country. The simple fact is there are more than likely some drivers that have Epilepsy and are hiding the fact from companies and the DOT and hoping they do not get caught.

Rev Canada the smae country that fines you heavily for a loose wheel allows controlled Epileptics to drive why they followed the science and their regulators arenot in bed with the Largest trucking company group more than likely. Who was it that was pushing for the 11th hour and 34 hour resets if IIRC the ATA why that way tehy can get you home sat morning yet still have you leave sunday adn say we got you home plus push you harder. Canada has some of the toughest laws to get your CDL license if you have Epilepsy yet they do allow people to drive with it why won't the FMCSA adopt a system simalar to that.
You're;
A: Clueless
B: Partisan
C: Not worth the time anymore
D: The MAIN proven reason that people with diagnosed epilepsy are not allowed to drive.

WOW! What a significant accomplishment...! How many times have you blacked out playing the game? I guess you would probably use this as proof that you are safe to drive in the real world? To complain about trolling, then posting this completely unrelated asinine post about a trucking game and another poster is the definition of a troll. grow up for your own sake...

Fozzy I have said TIME AND TIME AGAIN I KNOW MY CAREER IS OVER SINCE I AM NOT UNDER CONTROL. However what about those drivers that have been under control for say 10 years no seizures or now have had the surgery and gotten off the medications and are still seizure free 10 years later. YOU ARE STILL SAYING THEY CAN NOT DRIVE LIKE THE MRB SINCE THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE THEY COULD HAVE A SEIZURE. HERE IS A CLUE SINCE YOU NEED ONE ANYONE AT ANYTIME CAN HAVE A SEIZURE FOR ANY REASON AND WITH THESE NEW REGS THEY ARE PROPOSING SAY BY TO YOUR CDL IT DOES NOT MATTER IF IT WAS DO TO A MED INTERACTION OR A ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING YOU ATE THE FMCSA IS GOING TO BRAND YOU AN EPILEPTIC AND FORCE YOU OFF THE ROAD. Hope you enjoy flipping burgers forgot even Mc Donalds will not hire you since you might burn your hand in the oil or on the grill if you have one. I am speaking from personal experiance here.

Lifes a B*tch... sometimes. Do you HONESTLY think that a company should be forced (in this day and age of jackpot justice) to hire someone who may get injured on their property and then sue the hell out of them for taking the chance on them? Go start your own business and hire all the people YOU want.. that's your right.

Why can't we all act like adults and conduct a reasoned discussion of the subject at hand?

Why do some people, who have no first-hand knowledge of whatever subject is being discussed, insist on jumping in with obviously uninformed comments and wildly inflamatory personal attacks.

It seems to be the same people doing it on almost every thread I read.

I think the FMCSA should develop a test of emotional maturity as a requirement for obtaining a CDL. It would thin the driver ranks considerably and make our highways safer.[/i][/u]
