Well maybe I will leave on Thursday.... Portlanders do not know what to do in this weather. The Mayor has ordered all non essential personnel home at 3pm here. For some fun video goto www.kgw.com to see good car wrecks.

Since I graduated from HS in the Portland area and worked at Jubitz truck stop for 2 years, I can testify that the fine folks of the area freak out with the first drop of snow and have no idea of how to drive. Forget how to drive... they don't even talk about winter driving in snow in driver's education classes. With the reflective bumps that mark the roads they can't plow. Salt or other chemicals aren't even stored. So add it all up to a big mess when snow/ice hits. Just sit back and watch the natives loose it.. lol

Not all of us Portlanders have a problem in the snow

We just have to deal with a huge influx of Californians who think they can drive in the snow!!
